Camp Helen State Park to host Easter egg scavenger hunt

Panama City Beach, Fla. (WMBB) — Camp Helen State Park is gearing up to host their annual Easter egg scavenger hunt on Saturday, March 30th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the park.

Families are allowed to check their child in at any time throughout the posted event time.

They can then grab an age group egg hunt card and participate in a color-coded hike which will take them on an educational trip through the park.

The kids can then return their cards and eggs to the volunteers upon completion and receive a special prize.

The fee to enter the park to enjoy all the fun is $4 per vehicle and $1 for every bicyclist or pedestrian.

Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy food trucks, participate in a silent auction, buy items from the Camp Helen merchandise table, or rent kayaks and paddle through Lake Powell.
